Beginning through early intermediate piano lessons that provide you with a solid musical foundation including reading music, music theory, and ear training.

Learn picking and strumming and/or fingerstyle or classical guitar while building a strong musical foundation, developing proper technique, and playing in multiple positions on the neck.

ACOUSTIC GUITAR

IMPROVISATION

Learn how to use the pentatonic and blues scales to improvise over common chord progressions and progress to using the whole neck. Advanced students delve into the world of major and minor modes.

MUSIC FUNDAMENTALS

You will gain a solid and well-rounded music education and learn good musicianship, which will allow you to progress faster and further and become a versatile musician.

Hear other students and gain valuable performance experience with optional student recitals. Recitals are held twice per year.

Developing proper right and left hand technique on guitar or piano will enable you to play faster and more accurately and will allow you to play with dynamics and phrasing, which help express the feeling behind the music.

Learn how chords, scales, and rhythms are structured and how they relate to the songs you are learning.  A solid understanding of music theory will help develop you into a strong musician, enabling you to grasp new ideas faster, improvise, and write songs of your own.
