ELECTRIC GUITAR

Learn lead and/or rhythm guitar in the style you want to play while building a strong musical foundation, strong technique, and tips and tricks to get the sound you're looking for.

ACOUSTIC GUITAR

Learn picking and strumming and/or fingerstyle guitar in the style you want to learn. Experienced students learn advanced strumming, picking, and fingering techniques.

Learn to play classical guitar while building a strong musical foundation including reading music, developing proper technique, and playing in multiple positions on the neck.

CLASSICAL GUITAR

IMPROVISATION

Students learn how to use the pentatonic and blues scales to improvise over common chord progressions and progress to using the whole neck. Advanced students practice improvising with major and minor modes.

MUSIC FUNDAMENTALS

You will gain a solid and well-rounded music education and learn good musicianship, which will allow you to progress faster and further.

Hear other students and gain valuable performance experience with optional student recitals. Recitals are held twice per year.

All lessons provide a solid music education while focusing on the style of music you want to learn. Lessons are customized to meet your interests, goals, and ability level. This makes lessons fun and engaging!

Developing proper right and left hand technique will enable you to play faster and more accurately and will allow you to play with dynamics and tonal considerations.

Learn how chords, scales, and rhythms are structured and how they relate to the songs you are learning.  A solid understanding of music theory will help develop you into a strong musician, enabling you to grasp new ideas faster.
